Individuals can enroll as a "Member" and any additional fee is waived if the person wants to be a "Independent Representative" for a total price of $149.99. According to the company's materials, an "Independent Representative" participates in the opportunity to earn and receive commissions and certain free gas bonuses from the sale of memberships.
